Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, company and the project details you submit. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Newsletter forms ask for your email address and consent to receive updates.
Forms and hosting
The website and its forms use Netlify. Submitted information is processed through that service. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.
Email updates
Release updates are sent only when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting the studio. Newsletter contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.
Video, booking and payment providers
YouTube players load when you choose to play a film. YouTube may then process information according to the Google privacy policy. This website uses YouTube API Services to display channel statistics. Booking and purchase links take you to the relevant provider, whose privacy and transaction terms apply. No payment-card information is collected directly by this website.
Website statistics and preferences
Public YouTube channel statistics shown here describe the channel, not individual visitors. The website does not add an advertising pixel or behavioural analytics script. Interactive features may use browser capabilities to respect reduced-motion preferences.
Retention and your choices
General enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 12 months when no longer needed. Contract and transaction records may need to be kept separately. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information through the contact details above.
